Coincidiendo con la presentaci\u00f3n ayer del nuevo Reglamento obligatorio de compra p\u00fablica<\/strong>, desde CONSUPRINT Sustainable IT Services lanzamos nuestra NUEVA GU\u00cdA PR\u00c1CTICA<\/strong>, que pone el foco en c\u00f3mo verificar la documentaci\u00f3n y evaluar el cumplimiento en la COMPRA P\u00daBLICA SOSTENIBLE<\/strong> de CONSUMIBLES<\/strong> de impresi\u00f3n, en un contexto en el que los criterios de calidad y medioambientales<\/strong> adquieren cada vez mayor peso, con un m\u00ednimo del 30 % y pudiendo alcanzar hasta el 50 % en determinados casos.<\/p>

\u27a1\ufe0f La compra p\u00fablica sostenible deja de ser opcional.<\/p><\/blockquote>

La documentaci\u00f3n es la que acompa\u00f1a al producto y donde encontramos gran parte de la informaci\u00f3n que deber\u00eda respaldar su cumplimiento: normativas, requisitos, certificaciones, seguridad, trazabilidad\u2026 Sin embargo, muchas veces se solicita, se recibe y se da por v\u00e1lida sin detenernos a analizarla en profundidad.<\/p>

Por eso, en una compra p\u00fablica de consumibles de impresi\u00f3n, no basta con pedir<\/strong> documentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: hay que saber qu\u00e9 informaci\u00f3n buscar en ella y qu\u00e9 preguntas hacer al proveedor.<\/p>

Una declaraci\u00f3n debidamente cumplimentada y firmada, una SDS o una certificaci\u00f3n puede ser necesaria. Pero, \u00bfes suficiente?<\/p>

Por ejemplo: \u00bfqui\u00e9n es el EAR (European Authorised Representative)? \u00bfQui\u00e9n es el Only Representative? \u00bfTenemos su nombre y direcci\u00f3n f\u00edsica en Europa? Y, sobre todo, \u00bfqu\u00e9 ocurre con estas verificaciones durante toda la extensi\u00f3n del contrato?<\/p>

For example: who is the EAR (European Authorised Representative)? Who is the Only Representative? Do we have their name and physical address in Europe? And, above all, what happens with these checks throughout the entire duration of the contract?<\/p>
